Colour is bright and clear, the nose is showing fine fruits and is very elegant with minerals....the palate has wonderful restrained chardonnay fruit with minerals. Beautiful fine structure with the length of palate going on for ever. The power and elegance of a chablis is wonderful...nothing like it.

These wines come from very old soil and this area of Chablis was started by monks in the 12th century. The vineyards are situated on a landmass that was started several million years ago and is called Kimmeridgian (the remains of tiny shells) and this magnificent terroir produces the type of Chardonnay that is one of the world's finest white wines.
