Tasting Notes

Very much an aperitif style, lively fresh and fruity with long thin bubbles. Nose of warm brioche, apple, pear and floral notes. Wine is dry, showing good acidity which gives it fresh and sweet flavours in the mouth.

A most enjoyable methode champenoise style that would be good at breakfast as well !!
