Value for money this sparkle from the Languedoc region of France. The colour is clear and bright, the bubble is very fine and persistent and on the palate there is white fruit, some brioche, touch of apple and dry but not too dry....just a damn good quaffer.

Made from 100% Ugni Blanc.
