Mont Tauch, Fitou Tradition 2008

Very deep colour with loads of sweet fruit on the nose. The palate has generous juicy fruit with savoury, herbal characters with easy soft finish.
Mont Tauch is a co-op dating back to 1913 making it one of the oldest in the Languedoc and has 300 growers who are rewarded for quality which ensures that the vineyards are farmed using environmentally friendly "Agriculture Raisonnee".
The grapes are Carignan, Grenache and Syrah.
