Chateau de Flaugergues, Languedoc - Cuvee Les Comtes 2007

GSM is a very delicious format !!

Good depth of colour and lots of fruit on the nose, very savoury.....the palate has very good balance with nice sweet fruit and fine dry tannins. This is a typical blend from the South of France, well balanced between fruity and spice. I think this vineyard has a lot to offer and will be looking at their next vintage carefully.
This is a very good food wine as are most of the french wines because they don't overwhelm the flavours of the food they seem to flow with it.
Good with rich dishes because it will join in but not takeover. Roasts, rich casseroles etc.
