Abbaye de Valmagne, Languedoc - Cuvee Bernard et Benoit Rouge 2007 ORGANIC

Good deep colour with lots of red savoury fruit on the nose. The palate is balanced with fresh black fruit and is very well balanced with minimum oak.
Nice and rich with good length of palate. The grapes are Syrah and Mourvedre, the syrah giving lots of fruit and the mourvedre giving it a backbone.!

This is certified organic and the selection of grape varieties is rigorous, needing to be suitable to the climate and the terroirs.
