Domaine Michel Briday, Burgundy - Rully Premier Cru "Les Pierres" 2007

Good warm year to make a rich Rully rouge ! Good depth of colour leading to the nose showing integrated oak and a savoury dark fruit character. The palate is very elegant with black fruit and fine dry supple tannins, it has lovely balance. Michel only makes 3 to 4 barrels per year from his organic terroir and great care is taken to never over oak.
