Chateu Puech-Haut Languedoc Prestige Cuvee Blanc 2007

Chateau Puech-Haut, Languedoc Prestige Cuvee Blanc 2007

Tasting Notes

In the south of France you come across Languedoc which is now starting to become recognised around the world and getting a good reputation for producing rich full-bodies styles of wine. In England most of the bistros and cafes carry Languedoc wines. The grapes typically from this area are Rousanne, Marsanne.

Colour is clear and bright with the nose showing pretty white peach and floral notes. The palate is clean and crisp with flowers, white stone fruit and citrus.
It is delicious. Try is just as a glass on its' own or with some fish or chicken.

Chateau Puech-Haut is one of the most beautiful estate in the Languedoc and the wines can be found on 17 three star Michelin restaurants.
