It was magic-drove straight from Chateauneuf to Coillure on the French coast near the Spanish border and from here worked my way through the Roussillon and Languedoc vineyards.  This area of the world is so wonderful….old castles and chateaus …so much history and vineyards that have been here for centuries and handed down through the families.

I made appointments with some of the recognised top vineyards and they were certainly making stunning wine….Domaine Gardies, Domaine Sarda Malet and Le Roc Des Anges….just superb wines !!   I am bringing back a case of white wine from Le Roc Des Anges because no-one would pay the money for a white grenache gris! yep, a grenache gris and it was one of the most stunning white wines I have ever drunk. Can’t wait.

These wines have been ordered and more so there will be a tasting organised for when the wines are rested and ready for tasting.  I can’t wait to show you the beautiful Sancerre, Rhones and Languedoc wines.
