Hillsview Semillon/Sauvignon Blanc 2008

This is a dry white to quaff. The semillon has taken over showing straw and cashew on the nose with the Sauvignon taking a back seat and this is also happening on the palate.....I don't know how many of you remember "Hock" which was semillon with a 'dress' name but that is what this reminds me of. Nice and dry with good acid.
